We designed it for children to wear all throughout the year and for all kinds of activities, whether it’s worn as a warm bottom layer during cold winters or as a top layer, casual T-shirt. The secret to merino wool (which comes from a special merino sheep breed) is its outstanding breathability and antibacterial properties, which means the T-shirt won’t smell even when worn several times. What’s more, the wool absorbs the wearer’s body heat, keeping the child comfortable even when the merino gets wet from sweat. The material features a “sandwich construction” in which you can find merino wool on the outside and bamboo on the inside. The bamboo has very similar properties to the merino wool, except it feels more pleasant on your bare skin and won’t itch, making it ideal for children with sensitive skin.
